Tiramisu 我來也!

最近迷上半夜三更襯老公出外踢波時炮製甜品,今期重點推介係Tiramisu。首次弄此甜品先知原來內裡的芝士應讀Mas-car-pon-ne,而不是Mas-car-pone,難怪售貨員聽唔明我講乜,真係大鄉里!

因為首次炮製這道甜品,不敢一次過大量投資,所以份量比recipe cut了一半,無買Espresso而用了朋友從Florida帶來的手信French Vanilla咖啡,味道不是太濃,但texture則剛剛好,非常有口感。

昨晚爸媽上我家吃飯,試完味後媽媽以為Tiramisu是外買回來,而一向不愛吃西式甜品 (尤其內有芝士)的爸爸亦大讚好味,真開心!
經過首輪白老鼠實驗後,我決定先改良一下個賣相,下次整多一些請大家食!

I tried to 改良個賣相 when I made the second one, too bad the texture turns out not as good as this one!
