老公與我某天行超市時發現此手榴彈。顏色好鮮艷啊，擺放於水果部，應該是水果吧?回家切開後，內裡顏色還要鮮艷!
上wiki找資料，原來它叫Horned Melon，又名Kiwano，原產地非洲，現在主要於California 和 New Zealand生產。老公這樣形容這生果: 淡青瓜味的有核 jello。它的texture有點像西柚，但pulp內包了核，除了一陣草青味外無乜生果的清甜，食食下覺得有點像鼻涕...很想丟進垃圾筒!
可是這Kiwano賣$3.99 per lb呢! 這麼又貴又重手的水果總有recipe吧? google了一輪，看見人家經驗與我若干，她不想浪費所以弄了這個Banana Pineapple Sorbet，用其殼來款客，賣相不錯呢!

Yes, its fun to try out new food, though sometime we have to bear the consequence, like this time. It turns out I make a smoothie with Kiwano juice, strawberry and banana, not too bad :)
