詩敏回來後，美女廚房亦再度開鑼，雖然仲未正式齊人，但今次我地兩個夾手夾腳都整了1.5樣甜品。1.5係因為另一樣甜品需時比較長，當晚只整了餡料，係乜甜品? 先賣個關子，成功的話再告知各位。圖中呢個叫士多啤梨醬cheesecake，唔錯唔錯。另一款甜品係我自己心血來潮時整的，formal name 叫 Charlotte Aux Fraises，但我叫佢做 "雙層巴士mousse cake"。因為mousse cake應該係homogenous，但我的卻變了兩層，人地唔知以為我咁勁可以分兩層，其實我自知過程中間必定犯了一些錯誤，雖然失敗了，不過算啦，第一次整，個look都見得下人，味道都ok，上面有strawberry gelatin layer，上中層有whipped cream，下中層有cookie layer，最下層有mango mousse...咪講笑，真係有咁多層呀!
人家的是用絲帶圍著，而我的是這樣，也可以吧...
